About me
After 14 years in the military and 8 years working in cybersecurity shift environments, I know what constant pressure feels like.
Years ago, I experienced burnout myself. Meditation and Zen practice helped me regain balance, clarity, and direction.
For the past 15 years, Zen has been a central part of my life.
Today, I share this through Zen Mind and through one-to-one conversations.
